Twenty Student-Athletes Receive Stoles Prior to Graduation Ceremony

List of graduates represent five teams

STATESBORO – Georgia Southern Athletics honored 20 graduating student-athletes with a special stole ceremony Thursday morning. The Athletic Department handed out stoles that will be used to signify student-athletes at the upcoming Georgia Southern University commencement ceremonies where at least one member of five GS athletics teams will walk across the stage.

Fifteen of the student-athletes also received rings signifying that they will be graduating with at least a 3.0 grade point average (GPA). They are designated with an asterisk by their name.
