Eagles take on VMI squads in SoCon action
STATESBORO - The fourth-ranked Georgia Southern rifle squad returns to action this weekend, traveling to Lexington, Virginia, to take on VMI and the VMI women's squads Saturday in SoCon action. The Eagles have won 31 consecutive SoCon matches dating back to 2020.
The first relay will begin at 8:15 a.m. with four Eagles shooting smallbore. Ath 10:30 a.m., the four move to air rifle and the other three will shoot smallbore. Then three will finish the day on air rifle at approximately 12:45 p.m.
Georgia Southern is 15-2 after downing North Georgia last weekend.
