Quickly: Georgia Southern faces off against host Rutgers on Saturday afternoon on the final day of the Battle on the Banks tournament ... This is the second trip to Rutgers in program history for the Eagles. The first trip came way back during the 1981-82 season and was a milestone for Georgia Southern as it was the AIAW National Championship Sweet 16, the first time that the program had advanced to a national tournament of any kind. The Eagles played host Rutgers on March 26, 1982, and fell 89-79 to the Scarlet Knights.
