Eagles will play in Statesboro for first time in nearly a month
STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern men's tennis team will host the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers in a Sun Belt Conference match on Monday, April 3 at the Wallis Tennis Center. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
COASTAL CAROLINA OUTLOOK: The Chanticleers come into the match up with a 10-6 record, including a 1-1 record in Sun Belt play. At the time of writing, the Chanticleers are currently competing against Georgia State. Coastal Carolina is let by Carlos Berna Ruiz, who is 8-7 on the season, incluidng 7-7 at the No. 1 position.
COASTAL CAROLINA SERIES: The series between the Eagles and the Chanticleers is deadlocked at 6-6 overall, with CCU taking last season's meeting over the Eagles in Conway, S.C., 4-0.
UP NEXT: The Eagles will travel west to take on the Sun Belt's two Alabama schools, Troy and South Alabama, on Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9 respectively.
