ATLANTA, Ga. - The Georgia Southern men's soccer team dropped a Sun Belt Conference match at Georgia St. by a final score of 1-0 on Friday night.

Neither team had much going in the first half, with the Eagles (1-7-5) putting up three shots and the Panthers (5-4-4) putting up five. Both sides had one save each in the first half, and went into the intermission tied at 0-0.

In the second half, a Panthers goal in the 76' made the difference in the match, as that stood as the lone goal of the match. The Eagles were aggressive in the second half, putting up 11 shots and outshooting GAST, 14-13, as well as earning six corners and four more saves, but the Panthers walked away with the victory over the Eagles.
