"It's impossible to start a game the way we started and expect to get a positive result," said head coach
John Murphy. "Being down 3-0 before you've had a chance to get your feet under you is a recipe for disaster, but in saying that, I was pleased with the fight-back from the kids. We showed that we could put away the chances that we're creating, and now what we have to do is tighten up defensively and be a little more cohesive on both sides of the ball. We have a week to prepare for a very good Charlotte team in our home opener, and that's where our focus is going to lie in the next couple of days."
