Georgia Southern is back in action at the Gamecock Invitational April 16.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Three Eagles posted personal bests in the 1500 to lead he Georgia Southern track and field team at the Duke Invitational, which concluded Saturday at Morris Williams Stadium.

Nichole Harris (4:44.20), Catherine Hall (4:59.90) and Reese Connelly (5:15.50) all ran personal bests in the 1500. Scovia Ayikoru finished 15th in the 400 (55.89), and MaKenna Hillmer placed 23rd in the 400 hurdles (1:06.99).

"It was good to get to go Duke University and run against some quality competition in the ACC, the Big 10 and other surrounding conferences.
