WHAT COACH KONING HAD TO SAY
"The teams played well today. The guys were focused from the first point and we made some tough shots at crucial moments. Gardner Webb played very competitive and it was a lot closer than what the score indicates. I believe Murphy was our catalyst this weekend and had the rest of the team follow his example. Great leadership on his part."
