WHAT HEAD COACH KONING SAID
"The guys were focused and excited to start our first conference match and I think that the score reflects that. We know Coastal is a tough team and we were ready for a battle. We did a good job clinching doubles and it took the wind out of the coastal sails a little bit. We stayed the course and finished it in singles."

WHAT SENIOR EDDIE LANDIN SAID

We showed the other team that we wanted it more and we took care of business when pressure was on us. I can't be happier to be part of this amazing team and group of guys who fought their hearts out today, like in any other match."
