Eagle Rifle Faces Georgia Military and North Georgia on Saturday in Home Finale

STATESBORO, GA. – Georgia Southern Rifle has reached the business end of the 2016-17 season, facing North Georgia and North Georgia in the 2016-17 home finale. The meet is the final tune-up before the NCAA Qualifying Meet. Saturday's meet starts at 8 a.m. with competition expected to run though Noon.

The Eagles defeated Wofford back in November in the first-ever home meet as Georgia Southern bested Wofford. North Georgia enters Saturday ranked No. 20 in the most recent CRCA poll.

In its second year, the Georgia Southern Shooting Sports Education Center hosts the meet on the south edge of campus. The facility is located at the corner of the 301-Bypass and Old Register Road near the RAC on the University's campus.
