How TO: Acquire my VIP Wristband
9/9/2015 3:40:00 PM | Football, Athletic Foundation
Third in a series to get you ready for Saturday
In a series of "how tos" leading up to the first game of the season, we explain how fans can get their VIP wristbands to make their visit to Paulson Stadium as pleasurable as possible.
Fans who are eligible (Bishop pregame, Stadium Club and Club Level patrons) to enjoy enhanced beverage services will need to pick up their VIP wristbands and get their tickets punched at one of three places: outside Bishop Field House, at the Stadium Club entry or, for Club Level patrons, at the northwest corner of Paulson on top of the hill next to the guest relations tent. All local alcohol laws will be in effect and each person will need to show their ID (21+ to drink) to get a wrist band. Once your ticket is punched, you will not be able to get another wristband with that ticket. Each ticket must be punched, regardless of the patron receiving a wristband.
Bishop Pregame Social Compliments of the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation
As a season ticket holder and an Eagle Fund donor at the Bronze Level or higher, the Athletic Foundation invites those eligible to attend the Bishop Pregame Social prior to each home football game. The social is a 'thank you' for supporting of Georgia Southern Athletics and Student-Athletes. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and enhanced beverages are included.
Bishop Pregame Social Passes
Each season ticket receives one pass to the Bishop Pregame Social and admits one person into the social at the Bishop Field House. Upon entry, the pass and your game ticket will be punched and deemed invalid for re-use for that game. Access to the social is available via Gate 10. Guests are required to show passes and game tickets at the gate and at the field house.
Please note: Passes do not allow entry into the Bishop Club once the game begins. A separate ticket for the Bishop Club is required to enter the field house during the game.
2015 Bishop Pregame Social Guidelines
• Guidelines are repeated on the back of each pass
• One (1) pass admits one (1) person into the pregame social.
• RE-ENTRY INTO THE PREGAME SOCIAL IS prohibited.
• The pregame social will open 2 1/2 hours prior to game time.
• The pregame social will close 1 hour prior to game time.
• A wristband will be required to be served enhanced beverages and can be obtained at the ID Station located in front of the Bishop Field House.
• Food and beverages will be provided inside the field house. The courtyard will serve beverages only. Service will promptly end 1 hour before the game. Food and beverages are not permitted to leave the pregame social.
• The field house must be vacated 1 hour prior to game time. Only persons possessing a Bishop Club game ticket will be allowed to remain in the courtyard until the field house reopens for the game.
