STATESBORO, Ga - On Tuesday, December 15, 2015,
Men's Basketball will take on Duke University.
Eagle fans have a chance to win a once in a lifetime experience to travel with the men's basketball team and sit courtside in Cameron Indoor Stadium, known as one of college basketball's crown jewels.
With a 1 in 300 chance, the winner and a guest will get to know the coaching staff and players while they:
- - travel with the team to Durham, North Carolina with overnight accommodations;
- - attend practices, which includes the shoot-around on the day of the game;
- - join team meals and sit-in on the 'scouting report/video game prep' session;
- - listen to the pregame talk; and
- - sit on the Eagles' team bench during the game, eye-to-eye with Mike Krzyzewski.
(winner only; guest will receive a ticket valued at $200 behind the bench.)
Fans can purchase raffle tickets until Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015 for $100 per ticket. The lucky winner will be drawn during halftime at the Eagle football game against South Alabama on Saturday, Nov. 28.
In addition to the raffle drawing, Eagle fans can purchase tickets to the basketball game against Duke. For $200, devotees can sit near the bench with seat backs or for $185 they can watch the game from the bleachers in what's known as the stadium's standing room.
Requests for these limited game ticketscan be made through Friday, Oct. 30 and will be allocated based on Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation's priority points system. Any remaining tickets available after Oct. 30 will go on sale Monday, Nov. 2 on a first come, first served basis.
$100 from each raffle and game ticket will benefit the men's basketball program at Georgia Southern University.
To purchase raffle tickets, call the Georgia Southern Athletic ticket office at 1 (800) GSU-WINS from Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or visit the guest relations tent on the North Concourse in the Allen E. Paulson Stadium during one of the home football games.

The winning package includes travel accommodations and meals for two people. However, only one of the guests can sit on the Eagles' team bench.
The raffle will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate; travelling companion must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrant acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, Georgia Southern University and its respective designees have the right to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, authorization, remuneration or notification.
The winning individual and their guest must be available to travel per the basketball team's schedule.
The competition winner must notify the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation of any disability such as vision impairments, blindness, hearing loss, deafness, as well as people with mobility and/or agility impairments requiring special attention immediately.
The Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time without liability.
By agreeing to the terms entrants confirm they will take out all appropriate travel insurance to cover injury, illness, medical emergencies, accident, loss/damage to property etc.
The prize does not include spending money, private arrangements made by the winner and meals or refreshments outside of the planned itinerary.
Employees of the following entities, and the immediate family (i.e. spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses) and household members of such employees are not eligible to enter or win this sweepstakes: Georgia Southern University Athletic Department, Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation, Georgia Southern University Athletic Ticket Office, Learfield Sports and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies.
