Quotables from Coach Dustin WoodOn the weekend:"We relied too heavily on one or two people in each match this weekend. We need to have everyone contribute offensively. We did a great job with our block and team defense, and it was nice to have Crysten, Katie and Beecher back. I'm very proud of Beecher and Chevalier for their all-tournament selection. Chev played so well in the Bethune-Cookman match, and Beecher was steady all weekend long. We are looking forward to getting in the gym and working on things before the Georgia Challenge next weekend."
On today's matches:"We had an up and down day today. We were presented with all different situations - some we handled well and some we didn't. We did a good job of fighting back in matches that we were down but on the flip side, we let up mentally early or mid-match. The FAU match was played at a high level, and they were more consistent than we were tonight."

Next UpThe Eagles travel to Athens for the Georgia Challenge at the University of Georgia. Georgia Southern will take on Kennesaw State, Georgia and Georgia Tech.
