Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation Eagle Fund Donors and Eagle Athletics Season Ticket Holders should receive their COMPLETE Eagle Athletics Renewal & Order Form for the upcoming 2015 Volleyball, 2015 Men & Women's Basketball, 2016 Baseball and 2016 Football Season in the mail this week. Packages were sent to donors on June 23rd.
PLEASE NOTE: The Renewal and Order Form you receive, is JUST your opportunity to take advantage of our NEW and IMPROVED Payment Plan Options. Immediate action is NOT required, UNLESS you are wanting to take FULL advantage of our payment plan options. Please pay attention to the important renewal deadlines listed in your packet.
Starting NEXT MONTH, JULY 2015, the 12 Month Payment Plan for your 2016 Annual Fund Donation returns. (In order to take advantage of the 12 month payment plan, you must sign up by JULY 15, 2015.
In addition, not only will you be able to break up payments on your donation, but NOW you will be able to make monthly payments on your COMPLETE Eagle Athletics Experience Package. Payment Plan options will be available for up to 12 months for the 2016 Eagle Football Season, up to 3 months for the 2015 Eagle Men's & Women's Basketball and up to 6 months for the 2016 Eagle Baseball Season.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST SIGN UP by JULY 15, 2015 in order to take FULL advantage of the payment plan options. Each month that passes AFTER JULY 2015 will be one less month you will be able to break up payments.

- ALL 2014 & 2015 Balances MUST be paid IN FULL by the end of THIS MONTH on JUNE 30, 2015. Donor Benefits and Season Tickets/Parking WILL NOT be mailed out until all balances are PAID IN FULL.
- IMPORTANT: 2014 & 2015 invoices should be included in this renewal packet if they apply to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Payments may have been made to those 2014 and/or 2015 since they were ran last week. Please check your account online to make sure any balances are correct and up to date.
- Annual Fund Donation Payment Plan Options will be available ON-LINE by July 1st. In order to set up monthly payments on your 2016 Annual Fund Donation before July 1st, please call 1-800-GSU-WINS or return your form in the mail to:

- Separate Checks MUST BE MADE for Donations & Any Season Tickets/Parking. Annual Fund Donations Should be made payable to the GSUAF. ANY SEASON TICKETS/PARKING Payments Should be made payable to GSU ATHLETICS.
- This is a "DOWN PAYMENT" towards the upcoming 2015 Volleyball, 2015 Men & Women's Basketball, 2016 Baseball and 2016 Football Seasons. If your Annual Fund Donation and Season Tickets/Parking prices change for ANY reason, adjustments can be made closer to the start of the season.
