Georgia Southern opens a two-game conference road trip at Arkansas State for the first of two meetings against the Red Wolves this season.
The Eagles also travel to South Alabama for the first of two contests against the Jaguars this season.
Thursday's game starts a stretch in which five of the Eagles' next six contests will be on the road.
Senior Anna Claire Knight, who played in her 100th career game at UT Arlington Dec. 30, has 1,114 career points, 465 rebounds and 151 assists. No player in program history has recorded over 1,000 points, 500 rebounds and 200 assists for their career.
Georgia Southern has lost its last two and is coming off a 79-65 home setback to Texas State last Saturday.
The Eagles are 0-4 on the road this season and 0-1 in Sun Belt play.
Georgia Southern has held three of its last four opponents to under 38 percent shooting from the floor.
Picked first in the league in the Preseason Coaches Poll, Arkansas State has won five of six and is on a three-game win streak. The Red Wolves are coming off a 77-57 win at UL Monroe Monday.
The Red Wolves are 4-1 at home and 1-0 in home Sun Belt games.
Aundrea Gamble leads the team in scoring (18.8 ppg) and assists (4.3 apg) and is tied for the team lead in rebounds (5.2 rpg).
South Alabama has lost its last seven and takes on Appalachian State at home Thursday evening.
The Jags are 3-3 at home and 0-1 in home league games.
South Alabama was picked seventh in the league's Preseason Poll.
Breanna Hall leads the Jags in scoring with 15.5 points a game.

Series History

The Eagles are 0-1 against Arkansas State with the lone meeting coming in the 2010-11 season, a 49-37 Red Wolves win.
The Eagles lead the all-time series against South Alabama 4-3 and posted a 54-48 victory in the last meeting in 2006-07.
