Paola Garrido and
Caitlin Kitchen, for their contributions to the program.
In doubles competition, the Eagles took the point with victories from
Stephanie Woods and
Giulia Riepe, and
Jordana Klein and
Mary Phillips Smith.
At No. 1 singles, senior
Paola Garrido handily took down Sarah Evans, 6-1, 6-0.
Jordana Klein defeated Audrey Coventry in the second singles position, 6-3, 6-4.
Giulia Riepe clinched the match, earing the 4
th point in the No. 4 spot.
Mary Phillips Smith overcame Mareli Sanchez, 2-6, 6-4, 10-6, in the 5
th singles position.
The Eagles will compete in the Southern Conference Championship in Chattanooga, Tennessee, beginning on April 16
th-19
th.
