The second day of events, including finals for many racing events, is set for Sunday, March 2
nd with results available at timinginc.com. Overall, the Eagles posted 23 personal bests and totaled 32 points on the day, one behind fourth-place Elon. Western Carolina leads with 49.5 points.
"This just shows that we are ready," said Head Coach Marlo Mincey. "We are always at our best at championships and today shows that we're even better than we have been in the past. We not only have our top competitors ready, but we have everyone ready to perform. I was happy to everyone come out and see that almost everyone had personal bests today and score points for the team. As far as Sunday, we are only concerned about Georgia Southern. We're going to go in and we want to win."
Sophomore
