Women's Tennis Takes on KSU Owls

KENNESAW, GA- Georgia Southern women's tennis competes against Kennesaw State University at the Fair Oaks Tennis Center in Marrietta, GA on Saturday, February 22nd at 12pm. The Eagles current overall record is 4-2.

"The team is excited about competing against an instate rival such as Kennesaw," said head coach Amy Bonner. "We have lost some close matches to them in the past, so this is definitely a match where the team is motivated to come out on top this year. We have had some good competition leading up to this point to prepare us and we hope to use that to our advantage."

Last time out, the Eagles defeated Bethune-Cookman 4-3, with some great wins from Stephanie Woods, Mary Phillips Smith, and Giulia Riepe.
