Final Baseball Scrimmage to Follow Furman Football Game

Fall Update from Coach Hennon

STATESBORO, Ga. - The Georgia Southern baseball team will host its final scrimmage under the lights at J.I. Clements Stadium on Nov. 2. Coach Rodney Hennon and his 2014 squad are inviting all the Eagle fans in town for the Furman game to come over and watch some baseball.

Free refreshments and food will be served and first pitch is set for 7 p.m. The full gameday experience will be in tow for Saturday with PA, music, scoreboard, lineups, umpires, jerseys and rosters.

The baseball team opens its 2014 season on Feb. 14 at Georgia and will play its first home game against Georgia Tech on Feb. 19.
