High School Prospect Camp Scheduled for September 25

STATESBORO, Ga. – Georgia Southern Baseball will host the 2010 High School Prospect Camp on Saturday, September 25 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The camp will take place at J.I. Clements Stadium on the campus of Georgia Southern University.
The camp provides an opportunity for high school players to receive quality instruction from the Georgia Southern coaching staff. Head Coach Rodney Hennon, Assistant Coach Mike Tidick and Pitching Coach B.J. Green will be on site to direct the camp. Prospects will participate in multiple games allowing coaches to critique the player's skills and offer feedback.
The high school prospect camp is for 9th-12th graders.
The camp schedule and cost has been broken into two categories: position players and two way players, and pitchers. Position players and two way players begin camp at 9 a.m., while pitchers only will start at noon. The camp ends at 5 p.m. for all participants.
The cost for the camp is $140 for position players and two way players and $105 for pitchers. For more information, please see the attached brochures at the top of this release.
