Eagle Golf Finishes Fifth at Landfall Tradition

“We hung in real well in the first day,” said head coach Larry Mays. “Overall we got a top-five finish and the group played well. We felt like we could have played better, but it gives us something to build on.”

With two top-five finished in two weeks, including a tournament title, Mays is optimistic about the remainder of the season.
“We showed some signs of life in these last couple tournaments,” said Mays. “We can take those results and run with them. We know what we need to work on.”
The Eagles will take a break from competition until next year when they play at the PING Arizona Intercollegiate in
