2018-19 Sun Belt Academic Honor Roll

Sophomore (2019): Saw action in three matches; recorded one assist.

Freshman (2018): Played in 12 matches and started the first three contests of the season • Tallied 180 assists, eight aces and 56 digs • Posted 31 assists and eight digs in the season opener at West Virginia • Registered two double-doubles on the season – had 36 assists and 12 digs vs. UConn and notched 16 assists and 13 digs at ULM (10/19).

Prep: Earned three varsity letters and started three seasons for Coach Dan Glenn at Newport Harbor • Collected 852 assists, 95 digs, 17 blocks and nine aces in her senior season and named First-Team All-Sunset League • Played four years of varsity beach volleyball and placed second in the 2017 Orange County Beach Volleyball League Championships • Played club for Coach Ki Yi at Saddleback Valley Volleyball Club.

Personal: Born Delaney Lynn DeCinces April 22, 2000, in Newport Beach, California • The daughter of Tim DeCinces and Melissa Davidson and Brian Davidson • Has two brothers and four sisters • Grandfather, Doug DeCinces, played 15 seasons in Major League Baseball for the Baltimore Orioles and California Angels, and father, Tim DeCinces, played collegiately at UCLA and was a member of the Orioles organization • Aunt, Amy Williams (DeCinces) played volleyball at the University of Michigan.
