Golf stuff:
- What is your lowest 18 hole score? 70
- Describe the best shot of your life. I was playing in the US Women’s Amateur and I had 175 yards to the pin from the ruff. I had to go around a huge tree to a small elevated green guarded by bunkers and a huge drop off in front of the green. My caddy told me to just lay up and make my par the easy way, but I saw exactly the shot I wanted so I took out my 5 iron and hit punch shot draw right around the tree and it hit the front of the green and I had a 6 foot birdie putt, which I made.
- What is the strongest part of your game? My driver and my distance
- When did you start playing your golf? What was your inspiration? I started playing when I was 7 years old because I would always want to go hang out with my dad when he played with his work friends.
- What would be your dream golf course to play? Augusta National
- What would be your ideal foursome? Rickie Fowler, Jordan Speith, and Rory McIlroy
Random thoughts:
- Best advice you ever received. My parents always told me to try my hardest at everything I do, and if it doesn’t turn out like you planned then at least you know you did all you could.
- If you had to live off one food for the rest of your life, what would you choose? Grilled Salmon and Broccoli
- What celebrity do you get mistaken for? Carrie Underwood
- What would you name the autobiography of your life? “Carpe diem”
