Tyraun Washington joined Student-Athlete Services as an Academic Advisor in 2022. Prior to joining Georgia Southern Athletics, he worked at the University of South Carolina and Georgia Tech as an administrator for campus safety. Washington also worked as an Academic Advisor for Morris College in Sumter, South Carolina.
Washington is a native of Los Angeles, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tuskegee University. Washington will be seeking further education in University Administration in the near future.
Washington has been married to wife Monique for nine years. He also has two adult daughters, Arianna and Brianna.
