Leland Malloy

Prior to arriving in Statesboro, Leland served as a Student-Athlete Academic Advisor and Tutor Coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga 2024-2026. In that role, he worked with the men's and women's tennis, women's golf, men's cross country, and women's cross country/track and field programs.
Before joining Chattanooga, Leland was an Athletics Advisor Intern at the University of Michigan during the 2023–24 academic year.
Originally from Bethlehem, Connecticut, Leland earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He later completed a master’s degree in athletic leadership at Springfield College in Massachusetts.
During his time at both Lycoming College and Springfield College, Leland was a member of the men's soccer programs as a student-athlete.
In his free time, Leland enjoys watching sports, working out, and spending time with his dog, Bane. Leland is married to Kelly Malloy.
