A 2019 NRA First-Team All-American in air rifle, Kramer placed third at the NCAA Championships in the discipline, tying the NCAA record with a 599 in the preliminaries. She was named the 2018 and 2019 SoCon Air Rifle Athlete of the Year and was the 2019 SoCon Air Rifle Champion. Kramer also represented the USA at the Worl University Games and advanced to the Olympic Trials.
Kramer was the first NCAA medalist and All-American in Georgia Southern program history and the first Georgia Southern rifle student-athlete to qualify for NCAAs in the six-year history of the program. She holds the school records in the air rifle and aggregate and holds the each of the top 10 all-time highest air rifle scores in school history.
A two-time CRCA Scholastic All-American, Kramer graduated from Georgia Southern in 2020 with a degree in biology.
