SENIOR (2015-16): Won 23 singles matches overall and boasted a team-best 16-3 spring record playing exclusively at No.1…won 11 of 16 single matches in straight sets…captured two Sun Belt Athlete of the Week awards…was named the All-Sun Belt First Team for the second consecutive year…was nominated for the Georgia Southern's Male Scholar Athlete of the Year…sported a team-best 10-match winning streak which was snapped by Florida Gulf Coast (Mar. 6)… other two losses came from Georgia State (Apr. 16) and App State (Apr. 16)…kept up with the Sun Belt’s Student Athlete of the Year, Turki Jacobs of South Alabama, in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament, going 5-7, 7-5 before the Jags stole the team win… trumped Daniel Bustamante of Troy (Mar. 5) 6-4, 6-3…went 9-5 in doubles throughout the spring season going 6-5 at line one and 3-0 at line two…ended the season on a three-match winning streak with doubles partner Dani Casablancas, beating out USC Upstate (Mar. 26), Mercer (Mar. 29) and The Citadel (Apr. 2)…the last four doubles matches were left unfinished at line one…tallied a 8-7 fall singles record which included an appearance in the ITA Regionals main draw consolation final…defeated Roberts (South Florida) in the ITA Regionals (Oct. 16-19) consolation semi-finals 6-2, 6-4 to extend his four-match winning streak…fell to Whitehurst (Florida State) in the consolation finals 4-6, 4-6…went 3-1 at the Wolfpack Invitational (Oct. 23-25)…finished off 11^th-ranked Romain Bogaerts (WFU) in the Wake Forest Invite (Nov. 6-8) 6-4, 3-6, 10-6

JUNIOR (2014-15): Was named to the Sun Belt All-Conference First Team…went 21-11 overall and played exclusively at the No. 1 spot for the Eagles going 13-7 in the spring…ended the season on a four-game winning streak…grabbed five wins and a pair of losses with doubles partner Albert Sala…went 4 for 4 in doubles with Nico de Groof...defeated opponents in straight sets nine times in the spring…played at the No. 1 spot in the Sun Belt Conference Quarterfinals (April 17) and was leading Edgar Lopez (UL Lafayette) 6-4, 4-4 until the Ragin’ Cajuns clinched their fourth point to go 4-0…beat Lopez earlier in the season (April 3) 6-4, 6-3…took down conference-foe App State’s No.1 Doubles team with Albert Sala winning 8-4 on Mar. 17…competed in the ITA Regionals (Oct. 18) as a junior and went up against top-seed Austin Smith (UGA) in the round of 16 Main Bracket but lost 6-2, 6-4

PREP:  Attended Eiran Aikuislukio in Helsinki, Finland.  Competed in the 2008 National High School Championship in Doubles and the 2011 National High School Championship in Singles and Doubles.  Played for HVS Tennis Club and served as Captain in 2011-2012.

PERSONAL:  Born November 2, 1992 to Reima and Tiina Lanne in Kangasala, Finland.  Has two older sisters, Eveliina (28) and Justiina (27).  Majoring in Journalism.
