SENIOR (2017-18): Redshirted due to an injury... Named to the Sun Belt Conference Comissioner’s list for the 2017-2018 season...
JUNIOR (2016-17): Tallied 9 wins primarily at the No. 1 position… Went 8-9 in doubles play during the spring season splitting time between the No. 2 and No. 3 positions… Faced two top-125 player within the first week of the season (Clemson and Florida State)… Did not play doubles during the Sun Belt Tournament… Held a combined four match winning streak with doubles partners Eddie Landin and Santiago Suarez… Posted a three match winning streak twice during the season (UTC, Winthrop, UNCC) (KSU, B-CU, ECU)… Won four of seven matches during the team’s seven match winning streak (three were unfinished due to time constraints)…
SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Tallied 13 wins and eight losses throughout the spring to go 15-13 overall…mainly competed at the No.2 position, going 12-8 in dual play…went 11-8 in doubles in the spring and 9-6 at the No.3 spot…took down Tim Srkala of No.2-seeded South Alabama in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament but team couldn’t capture the win…topped Troy’s Giovani Samaha (Mar. 5) 1-6, 6-3, 6-1…sported a five-match winning streak, winning matches against East Carolina (Jan. 29), Winthrop (Jan. 30), FAU (Feb. 13), Stetson (Feb. 14) and N.C. Central (Feb. 20)…played at the top spot against N.C. Central and won 6-1, 6-0 against Kert Kilumets…also held a five-match winning streak in doubles with partner Eddie Landin against SCAD (Feb. 28), Troy (Mar. 5), Florida Gulf Coast (Mar. 6), UNCG (Mar. 12) and Kennesaw State (Mar. 16)…competed in the finals of Flight 1 at the Charleston Challenge (Nov. 15) but fell 7-6, 7-5…made it to the semi-finals at the Wolfpack Invitational (Oct. 23-25), but lost 6-2, 6-3 to Wolfpack Champion Reynolds from George Washington…couldn’t pull off a win in the qualifying rounds of the ITA Regionals against UNF’s Goldberg, losing 6-1, 6-2 (Oct. 16-19)
FRESHMAN (2014-15): Played No. 4, 5 and 6 last season going 6-4 overall…went 3-3 with doubles partner Chris Kerrigan, winning at No. 3 against Charlotte 8-3 (March 18), Greensboro 8-3 (March 8) and Elon 8-7 (7-4)…fell to Jonathan Gonzalez (UL Lafayette) 2-6, 3-6 (April 4)…trumped Barrerra 6-1, 6-0 in the match against Bethune-Cookman (March 28)…dropped to Jakub Vitek of South Carolina 2-6, 2-6 (March 27)…defeated Manuel de Luis (Mercer) 6-1, 6-4 (March 24) to help the Eagles tie Mercer 3-3 in singles…dispatched Albright of Greensboro 6-2, 6-1 (March 8)…won the lone singles match point for the Eagles against Elon, winning 7-5, 2-6, 6-2 against Madrid (March 7)…took down Andre Baldo (Troy) 6-2, 6-1 at the Troy Trojan Jamboree (Feb. 22)…snagged the meet-winning point against Florida Atlantic, winning 6-3, 1-6, 6-3
PREP: Played at Jaume I in Tavernes de la Valldigna. Competed for the C.T. Valencia Club Team under coach Richi Oltra. Won the Spanish Championship and the Valencia Community Championship 3 times.
