2020-21: Played in one game, seeing action on five defensive snaps … Traveled to at Army West Point and Georgia State, but didn’t see action … Got in on the final defensive drive against Louisiana Tech in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl … Made the Honor Roll in the fall.

2018-19: Did not see any game action … Made the Dean’s List in the fall and spring for posting above a 3.5 GPA … Named to the 2018-19 Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List for maintaining above a 3.5 GPA.

2017-18: Was redshirted … Made the Honor Roll in the spring.

2016-17: Enrolled at Georgia Southern in January 2017 and joined the team as a walk-on for spring practice.

PERSONAL: Born Thomas Connor Lawson on February 12 in Atlanta … Son of Michael and Kamy Lawson … Has a younger sibling, Davis … Had one cousin, Caleb Peterson, who played football at North Carolina and another cousin, Taylor Peterson, who played football at Southern Miss.
