Student Internships
The Georgia Southern Athletics Department offers many opportunities for students to obtain experience working in college athletics. Below are the job descriptions and requirements for employment.
Positions Available: 3 per semester; priority to returning students and internships for credit
Rate of Pay: Volunteer
Position Description: Work at home sporting events and press conferences to provide assistance to media covering the event; office assignments include feature and release writing, statistical and historical research, photo archiving and editing, social media and assisting with media activities
Commitment: Positions are for a semester, and renewable; must be able to work 10 hours per week and 5 events a month

Position Description: Georgia Southern Athletics Marketing is looking for students that want to get hands-on experience working in athletics! Experiences include running game day fan experience, marketing strategy, graphic design, sponsorship fulfillment, and more! Students looking for class credit or just to be involved and build their resume are welcome to apply.
