Three Eagles Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Second Team Honors

STATESBORO – Three members of the Georgia Southern swimming & diving program have been named to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Second Team for the 2025-26 season, the organization announced Thursday, July 2.
Divers Karlee Wells (Biology), Abby Ounsworth (Psychology) and McKinlee Taulbee (Human Development & Family Sciences) each earned the prestigious academic honor.
To be selected to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Second Team, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher while also meeting the organization's competitive qualification standards. For divers, recipients must qualify for a diving zone qualification meet.
The Scholar All-America program recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence both in the classroom and in competition. More than 2,230 swimmers and divers from across the country were recognized by the CSCAA during the 2025-26 academic year.
