Several Game Times Announced For Eagles

Tickets on sale now for 2026 season
STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern Athletics Department, in conjunction with the Sun Belt Conference and league television partners, announced today numerous game times for contests in the 2026 college football season.
The Eagles open the season at home on Saturday, Sept. 5 in a game that will kick off at 7 p.m. and be shown on ESPN+. Georgia Southern's second game, coming a week later on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Clemson, will kick at 7:30 p.m. and be broadcast on ACC Network.
The third game announced is the Sept. 19 game at Jax State, which will kick at 7 p.m. (ET)/6 p.m. local and be shown on ESPN+.
Additionally, Georgia Southern's Thursday night game at Old Dominion on Oct. 15 will kick at 7:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN or ESPN2.
The 2026 Sun Belt Football Championship Game will be nationally televised on ESPN and is slated for 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4, on ESPN. The game will feature the champions of the conference's East and West Divisions and will be played at the site of the divisional winner with the best overall conference record.
ESPN has televised the Sun Belt Football Championship game since its inception in 2018.
The remainder of the game times will be announced at a later date, no later than 12 days prior to kickoff.
