STATESBORO – Georgia Southern track and field has released its spring schedule, which features two home meets and several travel opportunities for the Eagles.

The Eagles will kick off the spring season at home for the Southern Relays from Mar. 21-22, the first of two home meets during the spring campaign.

Following that, the Eagles will split up the squad and head to the Texas Relays (Austin) and Raleigh Relays from Mar. 27-29.

A trip to Gainesville is in the cards the following week as the Eagles compete in the Florida Relays from Apr. 4-5 on the campus of the University of Florida.

The team's final home meet is on Apr. 12, when it will host the Georgia Showdown. GS will split the team again to wrap up the season and travel to the UCF Knights Invite (Orlando) and Penn Relays (Philadelphia) from Apr. 24 to 26.

Finally, the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships are in Harrisonburg, Va. from May 8-10, followed by the App State Last Chance meet in Boone on May 18 ahead of NCAA Regionals (Jacksonville) and Nationals (Eugene, Ore.).
