Home opener kicks off with commemorative ticket giveaway vs Bethune Cookman November 12th
Join us for "The Last Ride in Hanner" for the final home opener on Tuesday, November 12 against Bethune-Cookman. To honor all 386 wins by the women's basketball squad in Hanner Fieldhouse, all general admission tickets for Hanner will be $3.86. The first 1,000 fans will receive a Georgia Southern Commemorative ticket and a limited number of Georgia Southern t-shirts will be given away as well. Come pack Hanner for everlasting memories!
Thursday, December 5 will be your first time to see your Eagles in action at the new Jack & Ruth Ann Hill Convocation Center. Women's Basketball has the honor of hosting the first official competition in the new arena, nicknamed "The Hill." Fans will be able to experience new elements to add to the game production such as a brand new video board and light shows. We will be giving away 500 Georgia Southern Commemorative Banners to celebrate the opening of the new arena.
If you haven't been to The Hill yet by 2025, you better show up on January 18 when that team from Atlanta comes down. Put on your best white attire and #FillTheHill for your Eagles!
National Girls and Women in Sports Day is always a celebration of our women's sports, coaches, and administrators. This year's giveaway will be a Georgia Southern paracord bracelet.
Pack the House in Pink will be going on its 20th year, and we encourage you to wear pink to The Hill as we take on South Alabama on Saturday, February 15.
#FillTheHill one more time for our senior student-athletes on Friday, February 28 as we take on Old Dominion. We'll honor our seniors before tip-off.
