Four Eagles will compete as individuals in the UNG Mizuno Intercollegiate, hosted by North Georgia, Monday and Tuesday at Chattahoochee Country Club. The teams are scheduled to play 36 holes Monday and 18 Tuesday.
Carner, Cordell, Glanton and Ingram will all play their first events of the season. The event features 17 Division II schools playing as teams. Glanton redshirted a year ago, while Ingram (27 rounds), Carner (18 rounds) and Cordell (nine rounds) saw action for the Eagles last season.
Georgia Southern's next team event on the docket is the JT Poston Collegiate hosted by Western Carolina Sept. 25-26 at the Country Club of Sapphire Valley in Cashiers, North Carolina.
