STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern Athletics Department announced Wednesday the signing of a home-and-home series with Kennesaw State to be played in 2032 and 2033. This will be the first meetings ever between the two in-state teams.

The Owls will travel to Statesboro on Sept. 11, 2032 and Georgia Southern returns the trip on Sept. 10, 2033.

 The Owls began their FBS transition in 2023, going 3-6, and will be make the move to Conference USA next year for their final transition season.
