PREVIEW: Eagles Host Wofford in SoCon Action

STATESBORO - The seventh-ranked Georgia Southern rifle squad returns to action on Sunday as it hosts Wofford at the Shooting Sports Education Center. Action begins at 8 a.m. with a single relay. Admission is free.

The Eagles have won 20 consecutive SoCon matches dating back to a Oct. 31, 2020 loss to UAB at home.

Georgia Southern's ranking is the highest in program history after posting a 4,713 last Saturday at VMI. The Eagles are 5-1 on the season, 3-0 in SoCon action.

All eight Georgia Southern rifle members are scheduled to shoot on Sunday. North Georgia and Jacksonville State will shoot a single-relay match following the conclusion of Georgia Southern's match against Wofford.
