Eight Eagles Make Athlon’s Preseason All-Sun Belt Team

STATESBORO - Athlon Sports has released its 2022 Preseason All-Sun Belt Team as eight different Georgia Southern players were named to the squad.
Five Eagles were named to the second team, including Logan Langemeier (C) and Khalil Crowder (OG) on offense, Derrick Canteen (DB) and Anthony Wilson (DB) on defense and punter Anhtony Beck II.
Jalen White (RB) and Khaleb Hood (WR), along with Justin Ellis (DL) were named to the fourth team.
