
Eagles Conclude Regular Season against Coastal Carolina

STATESBORO – The Georgia Southern men's tennis team will make their second trip of the season to Conway, SC, to finish the regular season against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers on Saturday, April 9. First serve is set for noon.
SERIES: The Eagles hold a 6-5 lead in the all-time series against the Chanticleers. The last time the two squads met was last April in the Sun Belt Tournament, where the Eagles defeated CCU 4-3 to earn their second ever SBC Tournament win.
COASTAL CAROLINA OUTLOOK: The Chanticleers come into the contest with a 9-10 record, and are 2-3 in conference play. They lost their previous game, which was a match against 65th-ranked Georgia State, falling to the Panthers 4-3. They have also lost to South Alabama and Louisiana, while beating Troy and UT-Arlington in the process.
UP NEXT: The Eagles will head to Peachtree City, Ga, on April 14 to take part in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. Seedings and the bracket will be announced at a later date.
