Ashley Judson Named SoCon Air Rifle Shooter of the Month

Junior shot career-best 595 at Jacksonville State
SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Ashley Judson has been named the Southern Conference Air Rifle Shooter of the Month, the league announced today.
The reigning SoCon Air Rifle Shooter of the Month posted a career-best 595 in her lone action in the month of November to take the gold medal in both the discipline and aggregate at No. 15 Jacksonville State. Her score is tied for the sixth-best score in program history. That 595 gives her a season average of 590.286 for the season heading into the break, tops in the SoCon.
She was named the SoCon Air Rifle Shooter of the Month for both November and January of last season, as well as October of this season.
Judson and the Eagle rifle team are back in action Jan. 13 against No. 18 The Citadel.
