NCAA SCORECARD

Jacksonville, Ala. - The 17th-ranked Georgia Southern rifle team posted a 4,605 aggregate Saturday morning on the campus of Jacksonville State as the Eagles took on the No. 15 Gamecocks.

In smallbore, the Eagles posted a 2,272, led by Ashley Judson's 574. She broke the school record in standing with a 194 to secure a fifth-place finish. Bella Gamez shot a career-high 573 to place seventh while Amy Visconti shot a 567 to place 10th. Kinlsey Hannon shot a 558, Erin Ballard shot a 556 and Lillian Herring shot a 537.

In air rifle, Judson obliterated her career high with a 595, which is tied for the sixth-best score in program history. Ballard shot a career-best 585 to place eighth, followed by Visconti's career-high 579 to place 11th. Hannon (574), Morrow (571) and Gamez (563) rounded out the scoring.

The Eagles were led in the aggregate by Judson, who set a career best with a 1,169 to take the gold medal. Visconti placed 10th with a 1,146, which tied her career best.
