Two top-20 foes on the range against GS Sunday
STATESBORO - The Georgia Southern rifle team hits the road to take on a a pair of top-20 foes Sunday at the NRA Collegiate Sectional in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. The Eagles will take on No. 10 Alaska Fairbanks and No. 19 North Georgia.

All three squads may have up to five shooters participating in both the USA Shooting 60-shot 3x20 small bore and 60-shot air rifle disciplines. The top four scores from both disciplines are used to determine the scores. Georgia Southern will go with four freshmen in Lillian Herring, Ashley Judson, Gabby Morrow and Amelia Pierce forming their spring semester roster.
The results from this shoulder-to-shoulder event will also help determine NRA All-Americans handed out at the end of the year.
