Scull Promoted To Director Of Athletic Facilities

Veteran of profession in third year at GS
STATESBORO, Ga. - Georgia Southern Director of Athletics Tom Kleinlein announced Friday the promotion of Nick Scull to Director of Athletic Facilities/Event Management, effective immediately. Scull, who is in his third year at GS, was previously the assistant director of the same department.
As the director, Scull is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of all athletic facilities and projects as well as event management for all 17 Eagle sports and also serves as the athletic department's Daktronics contact.
A native of Dubois, Pennsylvania, Scull located to Statesboro in July of 2013 after working at several schools and facilities. He worked at Villanova University for two years as an Athletic Facilities & Operations Intern while simultaneously also working at the University of Pennsylvania as an Athletic Operations Assistant.
Scull graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a degree in sport administration and earned his Master's in sports science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2011. While at IUP, he served as a graduate assistant in the athletic operations department.
