QUOTABLES
Coach Kelly Carter:
"This week is just another example of the great strides that our young ladies are making towards their goals. They put they're all on the line for the team."
Cross Country Coach Franz Holmes:
"Overall, I'm really pleased with how we did today both individually and as a team. It's really exciting to be able to watch them go out and run their personal bests and break down barriers. Knowing that we are on our way to our goals and where we want to be at the end of this month is a great feeling, but there's still work that needs to be done in preparation for the Sun Belt Conference meet."
