One is undefeated in the Sun Belt during his time as President of Georgia Southern. The other was undefeated as GUS in the historic 1989 National Championship season when the Eagles went 15-0. Georgia Southern President Dr. Brooks Keel will assist coaching the Blue Team, and Leonard Bevill, who was the first Georgia Southern student to serve as GUS back in 1989, will assist in coaching the White Team.
Autograph Session
Georgia Southern student-athletes, coaching staff and honorary coaches will be available for autographs on the field following the game. Fans are asked to enter the field from the North Stands. Should there be inclement weather, the autograph session will move to the North Stands concourse.
EFAA Reverse Raffle
Following the game, the Eagle Football Alumni Association (EFAA) will be holding its Eighth Annual $10,000 Reverse Raffle & Auction at 5 p.m. in the Gene Bishop Field House. There will be a silent and live auction, which will feature an array of items such as autographed memorabilia, vacation opportunities, once-in-a-lifetime Georgia Southern game experiences, vintage Georgia Southern Football memorabilia, autographed memorabilia from local professional teams and much more. The final 10 tickets in the reverse raffle will be drawn after the live auction, and the final ticket will win $10,000! The ticket cost is $100, which will allow a total of two people into the event and one entry in the $10,000 Reverse Raffle drawing. Food and beverages will be complimentary with a ticket purchase.
