Eagles are on the mark entering the second match of the season

STATESBORO, GA. – Georgia Southern Rifle earned its first ranking from the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association this week as the Eagles sit 27th on the updated rankings. With a score of 4,349 in the opening match of the season, the Eagles also rank third among the SEARC squads.

Against Georgia Military the Eagles shot their school record score of 4,349 behind the efforts of freshman Rosemary Kramer. She posted a score of 580 on air rifle including a perfect 10-shot relay score of 100.

Next up for the Eagles is a trip to No. 11 Ole Miss. Also in attendance will be No. 13 Army on Saturday, Oct. 17.
