STATESBORO, Ga. - Six year Georgia Southern Athletic Department employee Brandon Cox promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Operations announced Athletic Director Tom Kleinlein. 

Cox has served in his previous role as Director of Game Operations since 2011, where he oversees the game day operations, athletic facilities and grounds crew. 

"Our facilities and game management staff do a great job of providing our fans and our athletes with the best experience possible. Brandon is big part of that, and I am glad in his new role he he will be part of our management staff and look forward to working with him in the future," Athletic Director Tom Kleinlein said.

Cox is a 2006 graduate of Clemson University and obtained his master's degree from Georgia Southern University in 2008.
