Eagles play five games at Paulson, seven total in state of Georgia

2014 Georgia Southern Football Schedule
STATESBORO, Ga. – Eagle fans can mark down the date and the time – September 6th at 6 p.m. for Georgia Southern's first football game in the newly expanded Allen E. Paulson Stadium. All home games during the Eagles' 2014 campaign, the first season in the Football Bowl Subdivision and Sun Belt Conference, will kick off at 6 p.m.
Season tickets are on sale now and the renewal period for current Georgia Southern season ticket holders continues through April 18th. Online renewals offer 24-7 convenience at GSEagles.com/renewals. Fans interested in purchasing new season tickets can inquire at 1-800-GSU-WINS from Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. or e-mail tickets@GeorgiaSouthern.edu.
The 2014 home opener against Savannah State is the first of seven games the Eagles will play in the state of Georgia as they travel the following Saturday to meet Georgia Tech at Grant Field and meet Georgia State in Atlanta October 25th in addition to four home Sun Belt Conference games.
Rival Appalachian State makes its first trip to Paulson Stadium for Georgia Southern's first home Sun Belt Conference game September 27th. The Eagles welcome Idaho October 11th and have two home games scheduled for November with Troy on November 1st and the season finale with ULM on November 29th.
