STATESBORO, Ga. - Fans walking up to the ticket window on the day of a Georgia Southern home game may find themselves without a ticket.
Due to construction and the limited amount of general admission grass seats at Allen E. Paulson Stadium, there will be a cap on walk-up tickets sold this season. To avoid the ticket limit issue and the three dollar increase on day of game tickets, fans are encouraged to secure their seats today.
Fans have a number of reasons to purchase a seat in advance and to purchase a season ticket package. Season tickets start at just $85 and include total savings of over $70 on the single game price. This package pays for itself after just three games.
A season ticket in section B or F on the home side at $130 provides a total savings of $50 over the single game price. These are chairback seats and are the first to get shade in the stadium. This package pays for itself after just four games.
Not only can you save money by being a season ticket holder, but also gain other benefits, including the choice of having the same seat for every game and the first opportunity to purchase newly opened seats in 2014.
The only way to ensure that you have a chance to see the Eagles play this season is buying your tickets now by calling 1-800-GSU-WINS or by going online to gseagles.com.
Georgia Southern Athletics provides up-to-date information on all its sports through its official website, GSEagles.com, through social media channels facebook.com/GSAthletics and twitter.com/GSAthletics, and its new "Eagles GATA" mobile app for Android and iOS.
