Athletic Foundation Initiates Eagle Fund Bus Challenge

STATESBORO, Ga. – Starting in August, Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation Eagle Fund members will get a chance to earn gifts and prizes by helping to "Drive the Bus" and "Double the Donor Base."
Eagle Fund members at the Eagle level ($300-$599) can become "Bus Drivers" with the challenge of recruiting new Eagle Fund members. "Bus Drivers" will race each other and earn perks at various stops during the race. The race will end at the conclusion of the 2014-15 fiscal year (June, 2015).
There will be social media pages on Facebook and Twitter for "Bus Drivers" to use as tools to promote their bus and recruit new members as well as track their progress. Race stops and prizes
- •When the Eagle Fund "Bus Driver" recruits their first new member, the "Bus Driver" will receive a gift package from the Athletic Foundation and six priority points. From that point on, the "Bus Driver" gets a priority point for each new member, and the new member gets a gift package from the Athletic Foundation.
- After recruiting four more new members (total of 5, including "Bus Driver") before Oct. 1, 2013, the "Bus Driver" will receive coaches' gear (game-day polo and hat) and two sideline passes for a home game.
- After recruiting 5 more new members (total of 10), the "Bus Driver" and his new members will be invited to the Coaches Cookout in the spring of 2014 and a VIP Basketball Package.
- After recruiting 5 more new members, (total of 15) the "Bus Driver" and his new members will be invited to the Coaches Cookout in the spring of 2014 and a VIP Baseball Package.

Each "Bus Driver" to reach a total of 20 new members will receive:
- A season ticket package for the 2014-15 Football Season for the Bus Driver and one other person. (total of 2 seats).
- (2) Pre-game Bishop passes.
- Tailgating parking spot for the 2014-15 football season.
- Home football game sideline passes.
- A home football game of your choice to sit in the Bishop Club with a guest.
- A home baseball (excludes premium games) game in the VIP suite with guests.
- Pre-game Speech with Coach Monken and the Eagle football team.
- Private Tour of the new Football Operations Center by Coach Monken.
